CWA Social Media Policy Guidelines

CWA strongly supports the use of social media sites to discuss and advocate for the important issues facing members and working families today. While these sites offer many advantages, they also can cause serious legal problems if they are not properly used and can lead to complicated legal proceedings as well as potential disciplinary action against employee users. We have developed these guidelines for CWA members to consult when using social media to help avoid legal or other problems.

Executive Vice President Election Ballot

From the Election Committee:

Dear CWA Local 1123 Members,

The ballots for the vacant Executive Vice President are being mailed out today. In the envelopes you should receive a postage-paid return envelope to return your completed ballot.

Per the Instructions mailed along with the ballot, you must write your Name and Address on the return envelope for it to be accepted and counted. Some of the envelopes have 2 of our return address labels on them. If you receive one of these please put your information below the label in the upper left corner of the envelope and then be sure to Sign and initial the stamp on the back of the envelope as directed.

If for any reason you do not receive a ballot in the mail by Thursday May 4^th, 2023, or if you have any issues with your ballot/envelope, please contact me as soon as possible so we can get one to you.
